Multi-hazard Risk Assessment at District Level in Tajikistan

The main objective of risk assessment was to assess the vulnerability of communities and infrastructure to natural hazards, determine their degree of exposure to future hazardous events and develop risk reduction recommendations (profiles) to be integrated into development planning processes. The assessment will help to generate the baselines for disaster risk reduction programming in all districts across Tajikistan.
