The objective of this project aims to enhance physical resilience through the restoration, rehabilitation, and improvement of critical flood protection infrastructure, water supply schemes, drainage, roads, and allied infrastructure in flood-affected areas. 360 Engineering & Management Solutions supports this initiative by conducting technical and financial reviews, monitoring physical and financial progress, and performing regular site inspections to oversee infrastructure rehabilitation works, including roads and water supply schemes.

360EMS utilizes advanced tools for data collection and analysis, ensuring that progress is tracked efficiently and accurately. Beneficiary surveys are carried out to evaluate the impact of project interventions on local communities, while the Grievance Redress Mechanism is managed to address concerns promptly and fairly. Additionally, 360 EMS provides expert recommendations, quality assessments, and compliance checks with environmental, social, and gender safeguards. These efforts foster accountability, encourage participatory decision-making, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the project outcomes.
